No. We handle the permit. Mailers are addressed "Postal Customer" or "Residential Customer" and delivered to every address (or optionally, all residences only) on your selected routes.

Our minimum order is 500 pieces. Additionally, you must mail to complete routes (no partial routes).

Print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 0.125″ bleed and crop marks. CMYK color mode. See our EDDM templates for more guidance.

We mail through our USPS bulk permit at the BMEU rate. Postage is a transparent line item in your quote — we handle payment, paperwork, and drop-off.

Printing + preparation take 3 to 7 business days, depending on quantity (we do also offer rush services for time-sensitive projects).

Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after the job is accepted at the USPS, although some deliveries can occur in as few as 1-3 days.

Yes — with EDDM you choose exactly which carrier routes you want to saturate. USPS breaks every area into individual routes, and you pick only the ones that match your target audience — a specific neighborhood, a zip code, or a radius around your location.

There's no mailing list involved; every household on the routes you select gets a piece delivered. Additionally, you have the option to limit delivery to just residential addresses on the route.
